Shipping & Delivery Policies

The Quilter's Lodge Ships Worldwide
Free shipping to All US States and Territories on orders of $200.00 or more.
Free shipping to Canada on orders of $250.00 or more
.


Our standard default shipping is Priority Mail, Flat Rate Boxes via USPS (United States Postal Service)
Fabric is heavy and we have found this method to be the most economical in the most situations. 
We are expert fabric folders, we can easily ship 9 yards of fabric in a flat rate envelope. 
No one likes to pay shipping, we make sure we use the most economical,
smallest box to package your purchase for a safe arrival.


Priority Mail pieces, including Priority Mail Return service, are insured against loss, damage,
or missing contents, up to a maximum of $100.00,


We ship daily Monday through Friday except for holidays.

Oversized items such as cutting mats, batting, some rulers and other large items will incur
additional shipping charges.  We may have to deviate from our default Priority, Flat Rate
shipping to provide you with the most reasonable, economical shipping possible.

We are happy to provide you with a shipping estimate and see what we can do to accommodate your needs. 

At this time we cannot combine multiple orders.
We cannot combine pre-orders with regular orders.
Block of the Month programs cannot be combined with regular orders.
Block of the Month programs are not eligible for free shipping.

We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of Utah.
This could change at anytime depending on legislation. 

Usual delivery within the US is 1-3 days.  Orders to non-contiguous states and
US military/diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) may take longer. 
International delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination. 
These are not
guaranteed delivery times, once it leaves The Quilter's Lodge it is out of our control. 

Please make sure you are providing the correct shipping address. If you have moved please make sure your
information has been updated in our system.  We will do our best to help track an order that has been
shipped to a wrong address but we cannot be responsible to replace the order. 

International shipping rates and methods vary on destination. We are aware that there are countries
where reliably tracking shipments and risks of packages not arriving make it difficult for shipping. 
We will be relying on the information available to us on USPS.com for shipping policies, methods and pricing. 
We will follow their shipping guidelines to help get your packages to you. 
We cannot be held responsible for refunds or credits for packages not reaching their destination. 

International customers may be charged customs, duties and taxes. These fees, duties and taxes are not
included in your purchases and are beyond our control.  Please check your country's policies.  Packages can
be delayed going through customs, we will do our best to fill out the proper forms with accurate information
to help facilitate your the arrival of your purchase.
