Sweet Scrapapalooza! FPP for Beginners

Come see what FPP can do for you!

Foundation Paper Piecing (or FPP) is a precision-driven technique in machine quilting that allows the quilter to produce professional results with angles and shapes that would be much more frustrating in traditional piecing. This is done by following lines and sewing on paper.

Foundation Paper Piecing (or FPP) is a precision-driven technique in machine quilting that allows the quilter to produce professional results with angles and shapes that would be much more frustrating in traditional piecing. This is done by following lines and sewing on paper.
It is also magical creativity where clever choices yield stunning results!
In our Sweet Scrapapalooza class, not only will you learn the basics of this technique, but all the ways you can use FPP for fussy prints, directional prints and the tiniest scraps of your absolute favorite fabrics.
We will be using Scrappy Triangles: Foundation Papers for Paper Piecing by Leila Gardunia. This is a pad of pre-printed designs that allow you to explore both FPP and scrap-busting fun! One pad is included in your class fee.
This is two-session class, Thursday 6:00 pm and 8:30, then following Tuesday evening, same times.
