This retreat will be centered around Amber's latest fabric line, Honey Locust, which will serve as our inspiration for the 2 day class and trunk show.

Amber will guide attendees in creating the Locust House Row Quilt, a beautiful design that will have an an exclusive row pattern designed specifically for the Quilter's Lodge retreat attendees!

Amber Johnson is married and has two young-adult children. She has been quilting for about 25 years now. Her grandmother, Delma (whose great grand-children called Gigi) taught her how to quilt and is the namesake of her company, Gigi's Thimble. Amber is a blogger, two-time author, teacher, and quilt pattern designer. Feels Like Home is her first fabric collection with Riley Blake Designs.  Her second collection, Honey Locust will ship to stores in May 2025.
