Beginning Quilting Class: 6-Week Series

Take your basic skills to the next level! Learn a simple block and then build on your skills. In addition to new blocks, you will also cover how color choices effect the design and focus of the block. These fundamentals will open you up to the world of quilting.

This course is designed to help the beginning quilter gain confidence with piecing skills.  Students will learn to read a pattern, fabric care, ironing techniques and much more.  By the end of your 6-week course you will have your finished top complete!

Fabric requirements and supply list will be given in class.  After learning about fabric selection, Leesa will help students pick out fabrics in the store for their project.  Please bring your sewing machine the first day of class.
